DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZE: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from the aggregate of all qualified HappyBeautiful Newsletter subcribers who’s HappyBeautiful membership is a valid membership free from fraud. The email address that is drawn will be considered for the Prize if the information supplied during entry is valid. The Winner will be announced in the newsletter.

WINNERS:
Must be a U.S. resident 18 years of age or older The random drawing will be conducted within 30 days following the promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entrant will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting email address at the time of entry. Judges’ decisions are final on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Prize winner will be notified in our newsletter and is required to reply within 7 days or prize is forfeited, If winner dose not contact us, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
